There is a lack of true fulfillment and contentment, no inner peace and meaningful connections. A life seemed lived with a void, and there is always an inner search for restfulness, mind, body and soul. The Modern Christian families have less emotional and spiritual support running between them making each feel disconnected and isolated. The consequences being that there is anxiety, depression, loneliness and stress amongst family members. Studies and reports show that people today, even in bustling cities, feel more isolated than were people of the previous generation. As Christians, God never wanted us to live a life in isolation and loneliness. Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you.
